We do offer free WiFi throughout the hotel and if you and the person you are calling, use applications like Messenger or WhatsApp on your smart phone or other device, then you can make calls through these apps. To our knowledge, mobile phone coverage is not normally a governing factor when deciding locations for new hotels, but we are sorry for any inconvenience that this may have caused to your stay. I am sorry that you experienced connectivity issues with your mobile phone within the hotel, as you say, as a hotel we are not able control this as this is, as it is solely down to the various mobile phone operators.
